Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Pets

  • This property is pet friendly with a pet rent of $25/nt per pet.
  • Maximum number of pets allowed: 99.
  • Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent of $25/nt per pet.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 per night plus taxes. This provides two wrapped bundles of wood and a firestarter per nightly bundle.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking available. Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths (enough for one night or maybe two).
  • Laundry basics and cleaning basics provided.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector present.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
